Healthy and tasty cauliflower pate recipe

Cauliflower pate


½ cauliflower head

1 onion head

1 zucchini

1 teaspoon of mustard

½ parsley bunch

100 gr . pumpkin seeds ( toasted /baked )

3-4 pinches of sea salt ( or according to your taste )

* Wash and clean the cauliflower, onion and zucchini. Put them on steam for 3-4 minutes to soften .

* Allow to cool and then place all ingredients in a blender .

* Add ½ bunch of parsley , ½ teaspoon of mustard 3-4 pinches of sea salt .

* Bake the pumpkin seeds for 3-4 minutes in a hot pot (without adding oil) and add them to the blender .

* Blend all ingredients for 2-3 minutes until you get a mixture like pate .

Cauliflower pate

This delicious cauliflower pate should be kept in the refrigerator, so you can use it a few days.
