Spring vegan salad

Ingredients 

1 lettuce

1/4 purple cabbage

7 yellow tomatoes

1  red pepper

3-4 pinches of sea salt

1/2 lemon (juice of half a lemon)

cold pressed oil (optional)

Spring vegan salad

Preparation 

* Wash the lettuce and broke it to piece and place them in a bowl.

* Cut purple cabbage into thin slices and add to bowl with lettuce.

* Cut yellow tomatoes and read paprika into pieces and add them to the bowl with the lettuce and purple cabbage.

* Add 3-4 pinches of salt, juice of half a lemon and mix all ingredients. You can add oil, but it is not necessary.The salad is delicious without oil.
