Apricot ice dessert

Ingredients

3 fresh apricots

3 tablespoons cooked millet

2 tablespoons walnuts 

2 tablespoons raisins

100-150 ml. rice milk

Preparation 

* Wash 2 tablespoons of raisins and place them  in water for 3-5 minutes to soften.

* Boil the millet and leave to cool.

* Wash the apricots, put them in a blender, add 100-150 ml. rice milk, add 3 tablespoons of cooked millet, 2 tablespoons cleaned walnuts and 2 tablespoons raisins and blend for 3 minutes.

* Place the mixture in a container in the deep freeze refrigerator so it can cool, but not freeze.
