Aurora`s vegan leeks pie

The most important thing to me was the kitchen offers, it returned me in my childhood days especially the time spent with my grandmother. The organically grown vegetables, fruits, grains, flour mill and minced are all prepared in wooden stoves which are smoldering fire until the early morning hours.

AURORA`S leeks pie recipe – house specialty
1 1/2 kg. white wheat flour (soft)
750 ml. water (lukewarm)
40 g. yeast (if it is dry to dissolve in water)
50 g. salt
(pan no. 28)
* Put All of the ingredients in a bowl and knead them. Forme three balls of equal size of the resulting mixture .
* Each ball needs to be turnd into a roll with the size of a dessert plate by using a rolling pin. Coate every roll with oil and leave them for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes each layer needs to be stretched as large as the table on which the pie is prepared .
*One bark needs to be stretchd more than the other two, to be greater than the pan No 28, in which the pie will be baked and with her covering the pan, then fill the second layer with the filling that is made out of the cooked leeks after that cover the second layer with the third layer and roll them like a snail’s house, put the roll in the pot and leave the middle of the pot empty.
* This rolled pie is left to stand for 20-30 minutes so it can grow, and then it’s put to bake at a temperature of 220 Co .
