Ingredients

2 avocados

 

1 broccoli

1 cucumber

1 tomato

3 pinches of sea salt

Preparation

* Wash the broccoli. Divide the florets and place them on steam for 2 minutes to soften.

* Place the soften broccoli in a bowl.

* Cut cucumber, tomato and avocados into cubes and add them to the bowl with the broccoli.

* Add 3 pinches of sea salt and mix all ingredients.

* Avocado has a low energy value and is suitable for diets, but it is rich in minerals, vitamins and other beneficial ingredients.

The fruit contains beneficial ingredients: Copper, beta-carotene, vegetable fibers, vegetable fats, vitamins A,B,C,E,  iron, dietary fiber, potassium, magnesium, sodium, niacin,,monounsaturated fats, proteins, carbohydrates, folic acid, sugar.
