Bean salad – an excellent source of protein
1 cup white beans
1 onion head
a tablespoon of extra virgin
a pinch of sea salt
* Clean, wash and place the beans in a pot to boil for 30-40 minutes without a lid.
* Once cooked, drain the water and leave to cool.
* Clean and slice the onion into crescents and add them to the beans.
* Grated pickles add to the beans.
* Add a pinch of sea salt and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive/sunflower oil and mix all ingredients.
