Blackberry Frappe recipe
3 Swiss chard leaves
1cup of blackberries
300 oz. water
* Place the Swiss chard leaves in the water and add one teaspoon of baking soda. Leave it for
5-10 minutes to protect yourself from parasites. Then wash the leaves with water and put them in boiling water for 1 second. After that put them in a blender with 300 ml. water and mix them for 1-2 minutes.
* Add the banana and a cup of blackberries and mix them for 1-2 minutes. The frappe is ready. Enjoy in the taste!
