Broccoli salad recipe
1 bunch broccoli
7 flowers of cauliflower
½ bunch of parsley
1 young garlic
3 pinch sea salt
30 ml. oil
30 ml. apple cider vinegar
* Put the washed and cleaned flowers of broccoli and cauliflower in to a cooking pot steam 10-15 minutes.
* After 15 minutes put them in a bowl.
* Add 3 pinch of sea salt.
* Add a 30 ml. oil.
* Add a 30 ml. apple cider vinegar.
* Add the garlic finely chopped.
* Add ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped.
* Mix all ingredients and serve the salad.
