Brussels sprout salad with cauliflower dressing
24 pieces of Brussels sprouts
200 gr. grains of corn
1 head purple onion
* Add Brussels sprouts and corn grains on a steam to soften for 5 minutes.
* Once cooled, add 1 purple onion head chopped into crescent, 3 pinches of sea or Himalayan salt, juice of ½ lemon and 6 tablespoons of cauliflower dressing.
* Mix all ingredients and serve the salad of your choice.
