Cabbage salad with Brussels sprouts which prevents cancer
¼ fresh cabbage
20 pieces of Brussels sprouts
3 pinches of sea salt
2 tablespoons unrefined
olive oil (optional)
½ lemon (juice of ½ lemon)
* Clean the cabbage and Cut into thin slices and place in a bowl.
* Clean the pieces Brussels sprouts, cut into thin slices and add to the pot with the cabbage.
* Add 3 pinches of sea salt, juice of half a lemon and 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (optional).
* Mix all the ingredients and the salad is ready.
