Carrot salad: excellent choice for healthy and vibrant skin

Ingredients  

4 carrots

100 ml. soy yogurt

1 cloves of garlic

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon cold pressed olive or sesame oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 pinch oregano

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Preparation

* Wash and clean the carrots. Cut them into oval, and then into strips and place them on steam for 2-3 minutes to soften. Let the carrots to cool in a bowl.

* In another bowl place 100 ml. soy yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon cold pressed olive or sesame oil, one tablespoon lemon juice, pinch oregano and ½ teaspoon turmeric, finely chopped garlic and mix them.

It is good when the carrot is part of our menu.
