* Wash and clean the carrots. Cut them into oval, and then into strips and place them on steam for 2-3 minutes to soften. Let thecarrots to cool in a bowl.
* In another bowl place 100 ml. soy yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon cold pressed olive or sesame oil, one tablespoon lemon juice, pinch oregano and ½ teaspoon turmeric, finely chopped garlic and mix them.
