Ingredients for 4 people

 

½  cauliflower head

20 pieces of Brussels sprouts

4 red radishes

150ml. turmeric dressing

Preparation

* Wash the cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. Put them on the steam for 3-5 minutes to soften. Allow to cool and place them in a bowl.

* Wash the radishes and cut them into circles or crescents and add them to the bowl with the cauliflower and Brussels sprouts.

* Pour 150 ml. dressing of turmeric and mix all ingredients.

*Several positive features of cauliflower

1.Cauliflower contains surprisingly high quantities of vitamin C.
2.Contain high amounts of folic acid.
3.Preventive effect in rheumatic diseases and the development of multiple sclerosis.
4.The content of active substances in  cauliflower as glukozin, thiocyanate and sulforaphane act preventively  against cancer especially breast cancer.
5.Cauliflower is a good source of vitamin K, necessary for calcium metabolism.
6.It is rich in potassium, phosphorus and sulfur.
