Cream broccoli soup for optimal brain function

Cream broccoli soup

Ingredients

1 head broccoli

1 round / a piece of pumpkin

2 onion  heads

a bunch of parsley

500 ml. water

½ teaspoon turmeric

2-3 pinches of sea salt

Preparation

* Wash the broccoli and put it on steam to soften for 5 minutes. Then allow to cool.

* Wash and clean both onion heads and slice the pumpkin. Then place them in a pot with 500ml.  water to boil for 10 minutes. Add 2-3 pinches of sea salt. Allow to cool.

Cream broccoli soup

* Once everything is cool, place it  in a blender and blend it for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric.
