Creamy broccoli salad
* Wash and clean the broccoli florets and cut the stalk into pieces. Than place them on steam to soften for 2 – 3 minutes . Allow to cool .
* Put 250-300 ml . soy yogurt in a blender , add 100 grams of tofu , the soften broccoli , a clove of garlic , 2-3 pinches of sea salt and 4 tablespoons of cooked rice. Mix all ingredients and blend them 2-3 minutes until it becomes like cream .
