Creamy celery salad
4 tablespoons of cooked brown rice
100gr. of tofu
500ml soy yogurt
4 cloves of garlic
1teaspoon sea salt
2 pinches of fennel
* Put all ingredients in a blender, add 3-4 cloves of garlic and 2 pinches of fennel and mixed them until the mixture becomes smooth.
* You can use this creamy salad as a garnish for any meal.
