2 cucumbers

4 broccoli florets

1/2 bunch parsley

100 ml. of soy yogurt

2 pinches of sea salt

* Wash and clean the cucumbers, broccoli and parsley.

* Place them in a blender, add 100 ml. soy yogurt, add 2 pinches of sea salt and blend for 2-3 minutes.
