Delicious and healthy vegan eggplant pate – ready in 7 minutes

Eggplant  pate recipe

Eggplant pate 


3 eggplants

1 zucchini

1 clove of garlic

1 grip of  walnuts

4 pinches of sea salt

1 pinch oregano

Eggplant pate


* Wash,clean and peel the eggplant. Wash and clean the zucchini. Cut them into pieces and put them on steam for 1-2 min. to soften. Allow to cool for a few minutes.

* Place the chilled ingredients in a blender, add 4 pinches of sea salt, 1 grip of walnuts, 1 pinch oregano and blend until you get a mixture similar to pate.

Eggplant pate

*  Kept the pate in a glass container or jar in the refrigerator. You Can use it as pate or garnish.
