Delicious beans in a clay pot
2 large cups of white beans
2 large onions
1 tablespoon of paprika powder
1 teaspoon of sea salt,
or homemade spice as you wish
3 tablespoon of coldpressed oil
1 embroidered red pepper (need not, but it could be added)
*Rinse the beans in a pot and pour the water, so that the clean beans are left only.
*Put water to boil in a pot. Pour the boiling water in the pot where the washed beans are and we leave it simmer for three minutes. Put the pot away from the fire and leave it that way for about 30 minutes.
*After 30 minutes have past, put new water to boil in a new pot. Throw away the water in which the beans we left for 30 minutes and then, pour the new, already boiling water on the beans and leave it cook for about 30 minutes at a lower temperature, until it is cooked. (after 30 minutes we taste several beans to see whether they are cooked or not, and leave it cook for few more minutes or put away from fire respectively)
*In a smaller pot put two onions to cook and after they are cooked put them in a pan. With a mashing wire turn them into a puree, put some oil in it, add 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and season it at will. Leave it to boil a little while mixing with a wooden spoon, drain the water from the cooked beans and put the mixture of onion, red pepper and spice into the pot where the beans are.
*Mix carefully so that the beans stay whole, and then put the beans in a earthen pot and put it in the oven to bake for about 30 minutes without the lid. After it is baked put away from the oven, cover it with the lid and wait 15-20 minutes for it to cool.
*In the end, serve the beans with a vegetable salad and different kinds of combinations at will.
