Delicious potato cream
50 ml. oil
½ lemon (juice of a half lemon)
1 tablespoon of mustard
50 ml. cold water
2 pinches of sea salt
2 cloves of garlic (optional)
* Clean the potatoes. Cut them into pieces and place in a pot for steam cooking to soften.
* Once cool, place the potato and all ingredients in the blender.
Mix all ingredients and blend them until they become like a cream.
