Dieary breakfast ready in 5 minutes
5 fresh dates (with seeds)
1/4 fresh cabbage
1 handful of walnuts
1 small glass of water
5 ice cubes
* Pour the water in a blender, place banana slices, five fresh dates (without seeds), a handful of walnuts and mix it for 2 minutes.
* Add the cabbage previously cut into pieces, put five ice cubes and mix it for another 3 minutes.
