Dill soup – natural  diaphoretic and  diuretic

2 onion heads

1 bunch of  dill

500 ml. water

1 teaspoon  sea salt or

homemade spice

* Clean the onions and cut into small cubes. Place in a pot with a little water to soften 2-3.

* Wash dill and chop finely and put it into the pot with onions and add 500 ml. water.

* Add 2 teaspoon of sea salt or homemade spice and allow to boil for 3-4 minutes.

*Dill is a natural diaphoretic (promotes sweating) and diuretic (encourages urination).

* If you drink it like a hot tea or a soup it will causes more sweating and urination and it`s medical properties and events are used for colds and flu, and in a various inflammatory conditions were is necessary to increase the discharge of harmful substances from the body.
