3 eggplants

3 carrotsIngredients

1 onion  head 

6 cloves of  garlic

1 teaspoon of sea salt

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon coriander

1 teaspoon oregano

3 tablespoons cold pressed oil



* Peel the eggplant. Cut and paste them into the pot to steam cooking.

* Cut the carrots into pieces and put them on the eggplant. Leave 10 minutes to soften.

* Add a teaspoon oregano.








* Add 3 tablespoons of cold pressed oil.








* Mix all ingredients and the salad is ready to eat.
