Endive-mushroom salad

Ingredients  (for 4 people)

1 endive

8 fresh mushrooms (champignons)

4 cherry tomatoes

4 teaspoon gomasio

Endive-mushroom salad

Preparation

* Wash the endive leaves.

* Wash the mushrooms and cut them in half. Put them on steam to soften for 2-3 minutes and leave them to cool.

* Brake the endive leaves into pieces, add  the soften mushrooms, add the gomasio and cherry tomatoes.

Endive -mushroom salad

* Mix all ingredients and serve the salad  leaded by the moment of your inspiration.
