Ingredients  for 4 cups

 

1 lettuce

1 banana

1 apple

1 carrot

1 ½ water

Preparation

 

* Wash and clean the fruits and the  vegetables. Cut them into pieces and place in a blender.

* First place the  water in a blender and add the apple slices and lettuce, then carrot and banana.

* Drink the resulting the juice immediately or at least the 15 minutes, do not leave it overnight.
