10 tablespoons boiled quinoa
10 grains raisins
50 gr. pistachios
1 teaspoon cinnamon (not necessary)
* Clean, wash and boil the quinoa.
* Clean the avocado and cut it into cubes.
* Washed nectarine and cut it into cubes.
* Wash fresh dates, dried figs and raisins and cut into small pieces.
* Clean the pistachios.
* Mix all ingredients and add a teaspoon of cinnamon but it is not necessary.
