*Omega – 3 fatty acids; flaxseeds contain double the amount of the fatty acids in the fish oil (they strengthen the immune system and improve great number of biochemical processes in the organism). Except with Omega 3, it contains a lot of Omega 6 (linoleic acid) and Omega 9 (oleic acid).
*Fibers (they are good for digestion and the digestive system and satisfy hunger).
