Ingredients for 4 people

400 gr . green bean

400 gr . corn

1 purple onion head

2 tablespoons of cold pressed olive oil

3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

4 pinches of sea salt

Preparation

* Wash the  green beans and corn . Put them in a pot of water to boil for 5-7 minutes .

* Drain the water and let the ingredients in a bowl to cool for 5-10 minutes .

* Clean and slice the onion into crescents or cubes and add them to the bowl with the green beans and corn .

* Add 4 pinches of sea salt , 2 tablespoons of cold pressed olive oil and 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar .

* Mix all ingredients, serve the salad and enjoy the taste .
