Healthy and delicious apple dessert : the best idea for breakfast
4 tablespoons of cooked brown rice
4 fresh dates
100 oz. soy yogurt
* Wash and clean the apples and place them in a blender with soy yogurt. Mix them a few minutes until you get mushy.
* Add 4 tablespoons of cooked brown rice and four fresh dates (without seed).
* The resulting mixture you can decorate with pieces of apple, dates and puffed rice.
