Healthy and delicious broccoli club sandwiches
3 slices rye bread
* Put the carrot, a round of celery root and broccoli on the steam for 3 minutes to soften.
* Cut slices of bread into triangles.
* Put the cream of broccoli and cream of celery on the slice of bread. Moister one side of the slice of bread with broccoli the other side with celery cream.
* Put the rounds of carrot and pickles and crescents of celery root and lettuce leaf between the slices of the sandwich.
