Ingredients for two

1 broccoli

1 cucumber

3 radishes

1 clove grated garlic

2 pinches of sea salt

1 tablespoon cold pressed olive oil

1/2 lemon ( juice of half a lemon )

Healthy and refreshing spring salad

Preparation

* Wash and clean the broccoli and divide the florets . Place them on the steam for 2 minutes to soften and allow to cool .

* Wash and peel the cucumber , cut it to pieces and place it in a bowl .

* Wash the radishes , cut them into pieces and add them to the bowl with the cucumber.

* Add the broccoli florets , add the grated onion , one tablespoon cold pressed olive oil and the juice of half a lemon . Mix all ingredients and enjoy the taste.
