Healthy and delicious carrot salad with tofu

 Healthy carrot salad with tofu

Ingredients 

3 carrots

1 cucumber

1 tomato

50 gr. tofu (optional)

2 pinches of  salt

juice of one lemon

Carrot salad with tofu

Preparation

* Wash, clean and cut the carrots into circles. Put the carrot circles on steam for  2-3 minutes to soften and allow to cool in a bawl.

* Wash the cucumber and tomatoes and cut them  into cubes, then add them  to the cooled carrot.

* Add salt, juice of lemon and grated   tofu on the vegetables.

Carrot salad without  tofu

*The salad is delicious without tofu, too.
