Healthy onion cream

Onion butter



2kgr. onion

4 tablespoons oil

(sesame or cold pressed)

½ teaspoon of salt

Soy sauce (not necessary)





* Cut the onion into crescents and put them in a pot.

* Add 4 tablespoons sesame oil or any other cold pressed.










* Add ½ tea spoon of salt.










* Mix all ingredients and stir until the onion becomes like glass.










* Then leave it  to cook about 40-50 minutes  on low heat until it becomes like jam.

Soy sauce









* At the end you can add soy sauce, but it is not necessary.
