Healthy pea salad – natural medicine against osteoporosis

Ingredients

400g. peas

7 small mushrooms (champignons)

1 tomato

1 purple onion

2 pinches of salt

1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Preparation

 * Boil the peas for half an hour without a lid. Then drain the water and place the peas in a bowl to cool.

*Wash and cut the mushrooms and soften them on steam for 3-4 minutes. Than add them into the bowl.

* Wash and cut the tomato and onion into cubes and then add them into the bowl. Add 2 pinches salt and one tablespoon finely chopped parsley.

*It is recommended eating peas at least once a week because they are a natural remedy which can straighten your bones. It is a natural medicine against osteoporosis.
