How to prepare rice


1 cup of oil

1 grip of noodle

1 cup of rice

3 cups of water

1 teaspoon spice

1/2 teaspoon ginger





*Heat the pot.

*Add the oil in a hot pot

*Add the noodle in  the hot oil and stir.




*Mix the washed rice with noodle.










*Add the boiled water.









*Add the spices.

4.A teaspon of spice









*Add the ginger.

*Mix well, close the pot with a lid and allow the rice to boil for 5-7 minutes over low heat, then turn off the fire and leave the rice to cook in the pot for 30 minutes.

5.Half teaspoon ginger









*While the rice is done, place the washed fish pieces steam 10-15 minutes.


*Finally decorate portion according to your idea.
