Breaded celery root
a hand full of integral flour
¼ teaspoon salt
First we clean and wash the celery root, then cut it in thin pieces (circles) about 0.5 cm in width. We cook them on steam to soften for about 10 to 15 minutes.
When they cool down, we roll them in integral flour, eggs and sesame mixed bread crumbs with salt or spice.
In the end we fry them in a pan on low heat in order the sesame not to turn brown.
