5-6 Sunroot tubers (small) Jerusalem artichoke
1 mandarin orange (1 tangerine juice )
* Wash, peel and grate sunroot tubers. Put them in a bowl.
* Drain the juice from one tangerine and pour it in the bowl with sunroot tubers.
* Mix all the ingredients and leave for 5 minutes to soak up the juice. (Not necessary, you can eat it immediately )
