Juice against water retention in the body
1/4 melon/cantaloupe (with seeds)
1 lemon (peel peeling)
4 parsley branches
* Cut the watermelon into pieces and clean the seeds.
* Cut melon into pieces, but don`t clean the seeds.Melon seeds are excellent source of calcium, magnesium, zinc, protein and folic acid. They contain high amounts of antioxidants.
* Cut the peeled lemon into pieces.
* Place all ingredients in a juicer and add the branches of parsley.
This juice is beneficial and prevents water retention in the body.
You can also drink it with ice cubes and lemon as a refreshing drink in the hot summer days.
