Kale salad recipe
6 kale leaves
¼ green cabbage
¼ purple cabbage
2 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
3 pinches of sea salt
1 lemon (juice of 1 lemon)
* Put water in the pot put to boil and add 1 teaspoon salt.
* Wash kale leaves and put them into boiling water for 4 minutes to soften.
* Cut the soften kale leaves, green and purple cabbage into pieces and place them in a bowl.
* Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, and mix all ingredients.
*Kale contains phytonutrients. Contains sulforaphane a potent antioxidant and kaempferol which scientists consider to be “the source of youth.
