Kohlrabi and sunroot tubers salad recipe
5 sunroot tubers (Jerusalem artichoke)
2 tangerines (juice of 2 tangerines)
1 orange (juice of 1 orange)
1 pinch of cinnamon
Wash and clean the kohirabi and sunroot tubers (Jerusalem artichoke)and grate them or cut them into small pieces. Put them in a bowl.
Drain the juice from the tangerines and oranges and pour it into the bowl with kohlrabi and Jerusalem artichoke. Add a pinch of cinnamon, mix all ingredients and serve the salad.
