1 onion head
2 pinches of sea salt
½ bunch of parsley
1 tablespoon oil of your choice (not necessary)
500 ml. water
* Wash and clean vegetables.
* Cut the kohlrabi, carrot and onion into cubes.
* Put them in a pot with a tablespoon of oil.(not necessary)
* Add 500 ml. water and allow to boil for 5-10 minutes.
* Add 2 pinches of salt and finely chopped parsley.
