Leek salad – natural antibiotic and the reducer of overweight
1 clove of garlic
2 pinches of sea or Himalayan salt
1/2 lemon (juice of ½ lemon)
1 teaspoon of cold pressed olive or sesame oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
* Clean,wash and cut the leek into pieces. Soften the pieces on the steam 2-3 minutes and then leave them in a bowl to cool.
* Add finely choped garlic, add 2 pinches of salt, a teaspoon of cold pressed olive or sesame oil and a tablespoon of finely chopped parsley.
*Serve it cool and enjoy the taste.
