Lentil salad with grains and vegetables
6 tablespoons cooked lentils
4 tablespoons of cooked brown rice with barley and oats
6 broccoli florets
1 tea spoon of cold pressed sesame oil
½ lemon ( juice of ½ lemon )
3 pinches of sea salt
* Put the broccoli and carrot florets on the steam for 2-3 minutes to soften .
* Put 6 tablespoons of cooked lentils in a bowl .
* Add 4 tablespoons of cooked brown rice with barley and oats in a bowl with the lentils , a grated carrot, a tea spoon of sesame cold pressed oil, lemon juice, and 3 pinches of sea salt.
