Common Vetch  (Vicia sativa) -50gr.

Chickpeas – 50 gr.

Chicory – 50 gr.

Barley – 50 gr.

Rye – 50 gr.

*Grind and mixed them .

*After that  you can prepare the mix and drink it like coffee sweetened with barley malt extract, honey or brown sugar.
