Ingredients for 2 

1 mango

3 circles pineapple

1/2 lime

100-150ml. of water

Mango smoothie

Preparation

* Wash and clean the fruits.

* Cut them into pieces and place them in blender.

* Add 100-150 ml. water and blend for 3 minutes.

Mango smoothie

* Pour the resulting mixture into a glass and add pieces of fruit.
