Mixed vegetable salad with carrot dressing
150 gr . peas
150gr . carrot
150 gr . corn
* Place the vegetables in a pot to boil for 5-7 minutes , then drain the water and leave to cool .
Ingredients for dressing
1 tablespoon mustard
100 – 150 ml . water
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 clove of garlic (not necessarily )
1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
* Place all ingredients in a blender and blend them 2-3 minutes .
* Finally add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped dill and pour the dressing through the salad and mix all ingredients.
