Ingredients

 

1 cup of  water

1 pinch of salt

1 tablespoon grated or finely chopped carrot

1 tablespoon grated or finely chopped daikon

1 tablespoon grated or chopped pumpkin

1 tablespoon grated or finely chopped cabbage

1 tablespoon grated or finely chopped onion

Natural drink against insomnia

Preparation

 

* All ingredients are boiled for 10 minutes on a low heat.

* After 10 minutes boiling leave it for 10 minutes, than strain the liquid and  drink it.

* This drink can be consumed every day. It is recommended to people who are anxious, who suffer from insomnia, diabetics and those who have problems with the stomach.
