Ingredients for 4 people

10-14 green olives without seed

3 tablespoons cooked rice

2 tablespoons cooked barley

2 carrots

1 onion head

1 teaspoon turmeric

350 ml . water

2 pinches of sea salt (not necessarily )

Preparation

* Cut out circles of olives and put them in a pot on fire for 1 minute .

* Clean the vegetables and cut into large pieces .

* Put 3 tablespoons of cooked brown rice and 2 tablespoons of cooked barley in a blender . Add 350 ml . water , 1 teaspoon turmeric , pieces carrot and onion and mix it for 1 minute .

* Pour the mixture into the pot with olives and allow to boil for 3 minutes .
