Ingredients for 4 people
10-14 green olives without seed
3 tablespoons cooked rice
2 tablespoons cooked barley
1 teaspoon turmeric
350 ml . water
2 pinches of sea salt (not necessarily )
* Cut out circles of olives and put them in a pot on fire for 1 minute .
* Clean the vegetables and cut into large pieces .
* Pour the mixture into the pot with olives and allow to boil for 3 minutes .
The olive stew is ready in 5 minutes .
