Potatoes and carrots – quick and easy to prepare
1 teaspoon spice
1 cup homemade supplement
( tomato, onion and green pepper)
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons cold pressed oil
* Clean the onions, potatoes and carrot.
* Cut the onions and put them in the pot.
* Put the grated carrot, on the onion.
* Cut potatoes into pieces and put them on the carrot and add 1 teaspoon spice
* Add 1 cup of home-made supplement
* Add 2 cups of water.
* Cook over low heat for 15-20 min.
* 5 minutes before it’s done, add 2 tablespoons of cold pressed oil.
The meal can be decorate with ajvar and parsley.
