Preparation of  bancha tea

Bancha tea is served

Ingredients:

1l.  of water

1 teaspoon of  bancha tea

Preparation

*1 teaspoon of bancha tea is enough for 1 l. of water.

*Boil for 2-3 minutes .

3. A tablespoon bancha tea in a water

 

 

 

 

 

 

*Then draw the pot away from the fire and leave it for10 minutes to stands covered.

4. Bancha tea is waiting

 

 

 

 

 

 

*Trickling it  through the strainer  and  pour  it in a thermos (if it is winter )or pitcher (if it is summer time) to stand at room temperature.

*Sediment from procedure tea is kept in the refrigerator for the next preparation of the bancha tea.

*The next morning,put one liter of water(or more) to boil, add the sediment from bancha tea that was in the fridge and add a pinch of new bancha tea for each liter.

*Boil 2-3 minutes.

*Then draw the pot away from the fire and leave it for10 minutes to stands covered.

*The procedure repeated 7 days, and then the precipitate is thrown.

*After the seventh day, boil tea as the first time.

*Bancha tea has yang energy, no smell or taste and it is toasted.

*It is recommended to drink one cup of  bancha tea after a meal

*A cup of bancha tea contains 7 times more calcium than 1 cup of milk.
