Protein cream made of beans and vegetables
1 cup of beans
4 rounds parsnips
3 rounds celery
1 head onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
* Wash the beans and let boil for 30 minutes without a lid.
* After 30 minutes add the vegetables after you have washed and cut them pieces and allow to boil for 15 mnuti.
* Once cooled boiled ingredients, put them in a blender and mix it 3-4 minutes.
* The cream of beans and vegetables can be combined with other foods.
